About you and the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Delivery Manager to join our team. With a pivotal role in our IT & Facilities team, your primary responsibility will be the delivery of business and/or technology change projects to support the growth of the Bank. This includes leading change delivery in collaboration with Bank internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered within agreed governance, timescales, and resource requirements.

You will be a self-starter, have excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills, and adopt a collaborative approach whilst actively contributing to and championing the development of the change delivery process to build and support strong relationships with colleagues to better understand business-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The Change Delivery Manager will enable the ongoing success of change within the Bank by:

·        Leading and managing delivery of change across multiple workstreams and timelines.

·        Reporting and communicating delivery plans and implementations so that all stakeholders are aware of status.

·        Effective Risk and Issue Management to proactively uncover and resolve blockers to ensure deliverables meet requirements.

·        Manage shifting priorities which may result in evolving project scopes or unforeseen obstacles.

·        Building and support strong internal and 3rd party supplier relationships for digital and IT services.

·        Contribute to the development of the Bank’s change delivery process and champion this within the team.

·        Contributing the robust control environment of the Bank, by identifying technology, cyber security and process risks and supporting implementation of appropriate controls.

Key Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

·        Ability to develop excellent stakeholder relationships, communicating with and influencing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including senior managers, and suppliers as well as technical specialists and consultants.

·        Outcome-focussed with the ability to communicate the ‘why’ not just the ‘what’.

·        Experience in the management of change deliveries, with proven ability to identify, mitigate and communicate risks arising from change activities.

·        Excellent organisational and time management skills – able to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Requirement elicitation and documentation.

·        Experience of creating project plans, roadmaps, and blueprints with the ability to move from analysis to implementation.

·        Budget and Financial management.

·        Prior experience of operating within a regulated environment and awareness of the required governance and controls would be helpful but this is not essential.

·        Advanced knowledge of the capabilities of enterprise cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Salesforce would be helpful, but this is not essential.
