We are currently recruiting a Chef to work with our team RAF Lossiemouth

Perks of the job
-£11.44 per hour
-Full time - 35 hours a week, 5 days out of 7. 1 in 4 weekends! Shifts ranging from 05.00-19.00

What you'll be doing
-You'll be working with a great, supportive team.
-Responsible for preparing meals and following recipe sheets and complying with food safety procedures
-Reporting to the Supervisor Chef, work as part of a team in different catering outlets
-Preparing food for military dining facilities and hospitality events
-Undertake any relevant training that is required and learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks
-Work with the Supervisor Chef and Kitchen Manager regarding the maintenance of food levels, and ensure minimal wastage
-Preparation of service areas and points.
-Assist in general kitchen cleaning and deep cleans

Experience
-Relevant culinary qualification
-1-2 years experience in a kitchen environment
-A confident team player who is eager to learn new skills and flourish in a busy, fast paced environment
-Flexible approach to hours and duties
-Good level of spoken English
-A DBS check is required
