Full Job Description
An attention to detail and an ability to set high standards day in and day out are essential qualities we are looking for in any successful candidate . They should also have the confidence and experience to be able to work with the other chefs within the restaurant so that workload and responsibilities are shared. General day to day duties will involve organising, preparation, cooking and serving of food in a busy restaurant
The successful candidates should have a very good understanding of food safety, kitchen cleanliness and a willingness to learn and coach other members of the team is essential.
English language skills essential and current food hygiene certificate helpful, although training will be provided.
Hours - Full time hours approx. 45hrs per week, hours dependent on rota and staff holidays mainly daytime based.
