Chef position - prep chef

The Wellwood Guest house will re-open this June under new ownership and although it will run as a guest house for the first few months / season there is plans in place to run as a fully licensed hotel with bar.

We are looking for a chef that will be able to run breakfast, dinner and also capable of baking so that we may be able to run afternoon teas etc. The philosophy of the business will be to have as much home made or local produce on offer as possible. This position is very much a hands on role, it is not an office based or in charge of a large kitchen brigade, its all hand's on until we become established.

We are looking for an experienced sous or head chef that will assist it putting all the paperwork and training in place prior to opening and maintain a strict ordering system.

You should be experienced in working to a high standard, a creative flair in menu's working under pressure as well.
