Chefs of all levels

Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Full Time Chefs of all levels onto the team.
As Chefs of all levels, you will be required to:

• Control quality levels of product and services relating to the food operation and control sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene.


• Oversee, co-ordinate and become directly involved in the preparation, presentation, and service of food products to ensure the highest quality.


• Under the direction from the Head Chef, carry out the unit food stock control procedure on a weekly/monthly basis.


• Observe the health, hygiene, fire, and other legal and statutory requirements affecting the kitchen.


The successful candidate will be organized, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent attention to detail and can effectively meet deadlines whilst maintaining high quality service.
