Cleaner

Our TouchBase Fife centre in Kirkcaldy is currently recruiting a part-time cleaner to ensure a high level of cleanliness throughout the building.

They will take responsibility for all domestic requirements including cleaning of the designated areas of the building to ensure they are maintained in a hygienic condition according to the agreed cleaning schedules and national cleaning specification.

The hours of work are 15 per week, to be delivered mornings Monday to Friday.

What your day will look like:
Regular dusting, vacuuming, washing floors and cleaning of all areas of the premises.
Identifying repairs and following reporting procedures
Dealing speedily with any spills
Ensure hazardous substances e.g., bleach is safely stores according to Control of Substances hazardous to health (CO.S.H.H) standards
Ensuring that that the use of all cleaning materials is in line with C.O.S.H.H recommendations and manufacturers instruction.
Ensure entrances and exits are clutter free and remove any hazards
Maintain stock list of cleaning materials and restock in agreements with Management
Other duties appropriate to the grading of the post
