Full Job Description
Meraki Talent are supporting a well respected Investment Management firm who are looking to appoint a Client Onboarding Administrator to join their new offices in Glasgow. Working as part of established team you will provide end to end administration for new clients onboarding, ensuring a first class customer service throughout.
Key duties will include;
- Onboarding new clients
- Ensuring client documentation is verified and meets regulatory standards
- Carrying out client Anti Money Laundering ( AML) checks
- Opening new client accounts
- Being the first point of contact for client queries, and answering within a timely manner
- Liaising with internal departments, as well as Investment Managers and IFA’s
- Ensuring client documentation is processed accurately on in house systems
This is a varied and busy role which will require applicants to manage multiple workstreams, ensuring the highest level of client services, while meeting deadlines. Applicants should have come from a Financial Services background, ideally from a client onboarding function where they have gained similar experience and have a working knowledge of regulatory requirements.
