As they continue to expand and diversify their business into the luxury end of the private healthcare market, they are looking for a compassionate and driven individual to join as a Patient/Customer Relationship Manager (PRM). In this role, you'll play a crucial part in nurturing new patient enquiries from initial contact to final follow-up and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Patient Enquiries: Actively engage with prospective patients, listen to their needs, and provide reassurance while overcoming objections to book their first consultation.
  • Consultative Approach: Utilise a consultative selling approach to understand patient needs and match them with the best solutions, collaborating closely with our medical team.
  • Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage and maintain the new patient pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Patient Retention: Implement strategies to retain patients and foster long-term relationships, driving repeat bookings and satisfaction.
  • Monthly Targets: Work towards achieving monthly targets set by the Clinic Manager, demonstrating resilience and determination.

Package and Rewards:

  • Salary: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year (depending on experience)
