Clinical Negligence Associate

Our client has an excellent opportunity for a solicitor NQ-5 years’ PQE focussing on Clinical Negligence matters, on a fixed term contract basis in their Edinburgh office.

You will be joining a large tier 1 international firm. Working alongside some of the most highly regarded experts in their field.

The team are currently going through a period of growth and change as well as increased pressures around service provisions which is driving an increasing number of public inquiries.

You will manage a complex caseload of clinical negligence claims including:

• Cosmetic and Beautician Treatments
• Professional Regulatory Hearings
• Public Inquiries
• Historic Abuse Litigation

You will have regular communication with clients in this role.

The firm are interested to see candidates at levels NQ-5 years’ PQE.

You will have strong litigation experience and be able to adapt to a fast paced environment.
