Looking for permanent work in North Lanarkshire with a growing organisation?
Our client is globally recognised for their knowledge and expertise in advanced materials. With their continued expansion and growth, Connect Appointments are seeking an experienced and motivated CNC Machine Setter/Programmer to join their operations in Eurocentral!

Your duties as a CNC Machine Setter/Programmer will be exactly what it says on the tin. You will be provided with set standards and specifications to adhere to when operating the CNC machines. You can also expect to:
- Produce to a high standard, according to drawings and specifications
- Programme new parts correctly and efficiently
- Carry out key checks and complete any paperwork
Ideally, you will have previous experience operating CNC Machines, as well as key programming and setting skills. Additionally, the successful CNC Machine Setter/Programmer will have:
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Strong programming and tool management skills
- Sound literacy and numeracy abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, including 5's, SMED and 6-Sigma
