Partner with the best As a Coating Technician you will be an integral part of the operations team delivering a quality product safely. Co-ordinating and delivering to plan to meet business needs while ensuring all relevant controls and requirements are in place effectively. Developing and implementing processes where required and support across the functions.As a Coating Technician, you will be responsible for:Safely working per Baker Hughes safety system (stop work authority, safety engagement).Working to Baker Hughes quality management system
requirements.Surface preparation using blasting machine and masking areas prior to coating.Applying phosphate coating per VGS specification using dip tank.Applying dry film and PTFE coatings per VGS specification with the use of spray booth and oven.Applying paint touch up per VGS specification.Working with Operations Leads to prioritise workload.Working with various teams on site including engineering, to define specification, etc.Performing routine maintenance of equipment within the coating cell.Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have proven experience in coating processes.Hold NACE qualification.Demonstrate experience of collaboration within an operational and matrix environment.Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills.Demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with internal stakeholders.Have excellent written, reporting and presentation skills.Work in a way that works for you We recognize that
