Full Job Description

Base Location: Flexible UK & Ireland, however our preference is that you will be based in one of our key UK or Ireland sites, which includes but is not limited to:- Dublin, Belfast, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Perth, Reading or London., As Commercial Asset Manager in our Investment Management team, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the value of our Onshore Wind portfolio by managing key commercial contracts, strengthening partnerships, and refining commercial processes to optimise asset performance. Your responsibilities encompass identifying asset value enhancement opportunities, handling revenue contracts, and facilitating investment opportunities to ensure maximum returns and boost performance of our Onshore Wind portfolio.

Main accountabilities may include:

- Identifying and executing opportunities for asset value optimisation and improvement.

- Managing all revenue contracts for assigned operational assets, focusing on maximizing income and ensuring compliance.

- Enabling investment opportunities aiming to deliver the optimum return on our investments.

- Collaborating closely with Asset Management teams and stakeholders to review and improve asset performance.

- Progressing growth opportunities and facilitate the commercial integration of future onshore wind sites in local and international markets.

What do I need

We're on the lookout for a highly commercial individual with a knack for distilling complex information into clear, actionable proposals. Do you fit the bill?

Proven experience in a commercial role, with a solid grasp of financial analysis and legal documentation.

- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

- A solid understanding of Asset Management systems, processes, and the key value drivers within the energy industry.

- A track record of delivering value optimisation projects and identifying performance improvement actions.
