Commercial Property Solicitor / Associate

FinTech is recruiting on behalf of our client, for a full-time and permanent Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate to join their team.

The successful Solicitor / Associate will work as part of the Commercial Property Rural Team, based either at Head Office in Aberdeen or, by agreement, at one of the branch offices across the North-east. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a team servicing the rural and agricultural communities of Aberdeen and Shire.

Ideally, you will have experience in all manner of commercial property transactions, but with a focus on rural and agricultural work.

Suitable candidates should have the following:

·        3 Years plus previous experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor essential.

·        All applicants must be qualified in Scots Law.

·        The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good work ethic and the ability to function well under pressure and prioritise workload accordingly.

·        A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems desirable.
