You will join a dedicated kitchen team, supporting the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef.

You will be a perfectionist, passionate about high-end food and wine, and well-versed in techniques and ideas from international cuisines. Alongside your exceptional culinary skills, taste, and technique, you will be capable of self-direction and self-reliance in a busy hotel kitchen " bringing a comparable experience in a luxury dining environment.

Join Head Chef Mathew Sherry in our 4 AA Rosette number one restaurant. Number One offers a 7-course menu of favorite Scottish and British produce.
