Who are you?

You will be a dedicated and experienced professional looking to make a difference in community care. We are seeking a Community Care Executive to join our team and oversee critical aspects of our operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.

As a Community Care Executive, you will play a key role in managing rotas for clients and healthcare staff, ensuring smooth operations and optimal service delivery. You will also be responsible for phone line management, conducting appraisals, coordinating training sessions, and facilitating return-to-work meetings.

What will you do?

Whilst a full job description can be supplied here are a few of the key responsibilities for the role:

  • Developing and maintaining rota schedules for clients and healthcare staff to ensure optimal coverage and resource utilisation.

  • Monitoring and adjusting rota schedules based on client needs and staff availability.

  • Managing annual leave requests and ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.

  • Coordinating return-to-work meetings for staff after extended absences.

  • Facilitating regular staff meetings to discuss operational updates and foster team collaboration.


  • Responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming phone calls to the community care team and promptly addressing inquiries or concerns.

  • Ensuring effective communication via phone and email with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.


  • Staffing Support:

  • Assisting in staffing coordination and recruitment efforts.

  • Collaborating with the Regional Registered Manager on recruitment needs.

  • Coordinating training sessions and orientation programs for new staff members.

  • Conducting regular performance appraisals for staff.


  • On Call Service:

  • Being part of the region's on-call service to provide support outside of office hours.


  • Training Coordination:

  • Tracking and verifying completion of training requirements for staff.

  • Ensuring training materials are updated and accessible to relevant personnel.


  • Additional Operational Support:

  • Providing operational assistance, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, managing documentation, and handling administrative tasks.
