Substantive, Full Time 37 hours per week
Band 7 - Salary Range £46,244 - £53,789 per annum plus
Distant Island Allowance of £2,256 per annum
A Relocation Assistance of up to £8000 is available
An opportunity has arisen to recruit an inspiring and innovative CPN Team Leader for our Community Mental Health Team. The post holder must be 1st level Registered Mental Health Nurse with experience in staff management. Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant post registration experience and evidence of continuous professional development. A Management and Leadership qualification is desirable or a willingness to work towards same. Candidates are expected to demonstrate their ability to work effectively within a multi-agency environment and think creatively and flexibly around delivery of Mental Health Nursing services. A desire and commitment to be part of NHS Shetland is essential and be committed to delivering high quality, evidence based, person centered care to the population. You will be responsible for the day to day delivery of the CPN Service 7 days a week and its accessibility to those who need it.
