Concierge

As Door Person, you will play a key role in being the first positive interaction that a guest has at the hotel. This includes having an in-depth knowledge of the hotel and city to showcase all it has to offer., As Concierge, key aspects of your role will include:

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, tours) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers


• Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction


• Respond to guest requests and queries


• Be our guests' main point of contact


• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
