Do you believe technology can enhance mental health and well-being? Are you passionate about building inclusive learning experiences? We re seeking a dedicated and creative Connecting into Care: Digital Inclusion Lead to join our team at Discovery College in Inverness! This is your chance to make a real difference. In this part-time (20 hours per week) role, you ll design engaging digital learning programs to help people on their mental health journeys develop essential digital skills. These skills will not only support their well-being but also open doors to new opportunities. What You ll Do: Design and deliver engaging digital learning programmess, including one-on-one support and drop-in sessions. Create a device library so everyone has access to the technology they need. Develop strong partnerships across the Highlands to champion digital inclusion and develop and nurture referral pathways Train and support colleagues to confidently assist others with digital tools. Track progress and contribute your insights within a collaborative learning community. What You ll Bring: A strong commitment to digital inclusion and mental health awareness. Experience of delivering community-based learning. Understanding of how technology can support positive mental health. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence using a variety of digital tools at work and in creative learning design (including Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace).
