Full Job Description
- Managing the construction team to ensure delivery is of high quality, efficient and safe within set budgets and agreed timescales
- Leading all construction-related activity and providing strategic and professional support to the Project Manager and Operations Director
- Manage the engagement and performance of site sub-contractors
- Managing construction-related bids and proposals
- Engaging with existing and new customers to develop the business and assist with contract governance and performance
- Ensuring onshore and offshore competency is monitored and maintained
- Managing resourcing levels across contracts and projects
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation
- Leading construction delivery on specific projects as required
Candidates should hold a professional qualification in a relevant discipline and have extensive experience with site construction within the UK and overseas. Experience operating under CDM regulations and managing multiple sub-contractors. - Construction execution and standards
- Multi-discipline capability covering white and black trades
- Leadership skills
- Broad onshore & offshore execution experience
- Experience in an onshore management position
- Significant experience the production and support of proposals
- Construction execution and systems experience
- Incident investigation experience
