Full Job Description

  • Managing the construction team to ensure delivery is of high quality, efficient and safe within set budgets and agreed timescales

  • Leading all construction-related activity and providing strategic and professional support to the Project Manager and Operations Director

  • Manage the engagement and performance of site sub-contractors

  • Managing construction-related bids and proposals

  • Engaging with existing and new customers to develop the business and assist with contract governance and performance

  • Ensuring onshore and offshore competency is monitored and maintained

  • Managing resourcing levels across contracts and projects

  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation

  • Leading construction delivery on specific projects as required

    Candidates should hold a professional qualification in a relevant discipline and have extensive experience with site construction within the UK and overseas. Experience operating under CDM regulations and managing multiple sub-contractors.

  • Construction execution and standards

  • Multi-discipline capability covering white and black trades

  • Leadership skills

  • Broad onshore & offshore execution experience

  • Experience in an onshore management position

  • Significant experience the production and support of proposals

  • Construction execution and systems experience

  • Incident investigation experience
