Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to supervise all site-based operatives and oversee all aspects of their work, making sure they are undertaken within the current codes of practice to a high standard.

You Undertake site attendance during works on site to oversee the H&S during the construction/works phases (a blend of in hours and out of hours working). The Site Supervisor will induct operatives, arrange welfare arrangements, manage, and assesses any potential safety hazards on site with a view of eliminating them. They will also conduct a regular site inspection and provide a safety programme and working closely with the 3rd party on site managers/supervisors.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised Project Management qualification and be in possession or willing to work towards additional relevant qualifications (valid CSCS card / SSSTS certificate) as well as the ability to work as part of a team and understand and carry out instructions.

You should have excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and plan effectively. Being able to drive projects forwards and expect a good standard of work is essential, overcoming barriers and solving problems along the way efficiently and effectively. A strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability is essential. You must hold a valid and Full UK driving license.
