Full Job Description

At Stratstone, our Contact Centre Supervisors are responsible for leading your team of dedicated Contact Centre Executives, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. You'll oversee the daily operations of the contact centre, providing guidance, support and coaching to our Executives to help them exceed targets.,

  • You'll be the driving force behind the Contact Centre Team, igniting their motivation and providing expert coaching to ensure targets and goals are achieved

  • Being a true expert and fully knowledgeable on our products and services, providing guidance as needed to ensure excellent customer service delivery

  • Take ownership of the quality of service provided by the Contact Centre Executives, ensuring that customer interactions exceed company standards and customer expectations

  • Collaborate with the Service and Workshop teams to ensure smooth coordination and alignment between contact centre operations and service delivery

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of your team, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement and achieve performance targets

  • Effectively communicate any updates or changes to policies, procedures and workflow, providing clear direction to ensure your team remains informed and aligned with organisational goals

  • Deputise for our Contact Centre Leader, assuming their daily responsibilities and making informed decisions to address any challenges that may arise

    Equipped with previous contact centre experience, preferably managing both inbound and outbound communications

  • Inspirational leaderships skills, able to motivate a team to work collaboratively and exceed targets, maximising profitability and achieving the highest standards

  • Confident communicator who can engage, build authentic relationships and establish strong rapport with our customers

  • A collaborative team player, who is open to new ideas and appreciates the difference that each person makes

  • Proficient in utilising computer systems and databases with full knowledge of Microsoft packages

    A basic salary of £28,796 with £4,800 bonus, pension, critical illness, life assurance, 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales service
