  • What you'll do

    As a Content Designer, you'll be developing the content strategy, executing the creation of content and managing content approvals to help create compelling, pleasing and comprehensible user experiences across a range of products, platforms and devices.

    Additionally, you'll be:

  • Collaborating on the selection and creation of new systems to organise new and existing content for assigned projects, including site navigation

  • Working closely with other colleagues to support the definition of user models and written content for new or updated features and functionality in response to business requirements and user needs

  • Working with other teams to make sure the content strategy is effectively implemented across channels

  • Making sure written content complies with corporate brand standards, web style guides and tone of voice guidelines

  • Participating in content and application audits, including gauging the usability of new and existing products and making constructive suggestions for change


  • The skills you'll need

    You'll need to have an extensive content portfolio demonstrating creative and analytical thinking and the delivery of effective solutions. You'll also need extensive experience of delivering high quality and effective content for use in a variety of applications, along with significant experience in supporting human centred design processes and creating content which supports effective user testing and concept communication.

  • Significant experience in technical or marketing writing, product documentation or online publishing

  • Experience of working with development teams as part of the software development process

  • The ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

  • Effective writing, editing, and project management skills, and strong attention to detail

  • Experience of Agile delivery methods and teams
