Full Job Description

As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible to organise and be responsible for the successful delivery of all nominated construction projects to the time, quality, cost & revenue targets contained within the business plan. On a day to day basis, you will work closely with the individual site teams & the client's representative & to ensure control of H&S on all nominated projects.,

  • Review of Project Design and Specification.

  • Attend site design, review and progress meetings.

  • Carrying out site Audits and act on the findings.

  • Direct point of contact between the client and the company.

  • Receiving and assessing design changes from the client.

  • Facilitate agreement of variations.

  • Ensure adherence with the company Skills and Competence Policy and Procedures.

  • Organising labour and plant and materials for a number of projects.

  • Liaising with other contract Managers to optimize available resources.

  • To attend Team Briefings.

  • Deliver tool box talks.

The successful individuals will have to demonstrate flexibility, motivation and commitment to providing a quality service. This role will be based in the Aberdeen Area., CSCS Card

  • NRSWA Supervisor

  • SMSTS

  • First Aid

  • Driving Licence

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Good team management

  • Minimum 5 years Site Supervisory experience in civil works

  • Results orientated

  • Good problem solving skills

  • meet financial and company deadlines.

  • work as part of a team.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001

  • General IT literacy.
