Full Job Description
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible to organise and be responsible for the successful delivery of all nominated construction projects to the time, quality, cost & revenue targets contained within the business plan. On a day to day basis, you will work closely with the individual site teams & the client's representative & to ensure control of H&S on all nominated projects.,
- Review of Project Design and Specification.
- Attend site design, review and progress meetings.
- Carrying out site Audits and act on the findings.
- Direct point of contact between the client and the company.
- Receiving and assessing design changes from the client.
- Facilitate agreement of variations.
- Ensure adherence with the company Skills and Competence Policy and Procedures.
- Organising labour and plant and materials for a number of projects.
- Liaising with other contract Managers to optimize available resources.
- To attend Team Briefings.
- Deliver tool box talks.

- Minimum 5 years Site Supervisory experience in civil works
