Control Systems Engineer

This role is primarily focused on site-based activities, with an equal 50/50 split between site and office work. A significant portion of the site-based work will be offshore. While previous offshore experience is not required, as the company will provide the necessary training and certification for offshore work, it is essential for the role. The offshore work includes platforms, oil rigs, drilling vessels, and other marine-related installations.

We are working with a leading automation organization that specializes in oil & gas production, transportation, and processing. We are supporting them in appointing a number of experienced Control Systems Engineering Contractors for their office in Aberdeen.

• Duration: 12+ months, long-term.


• Inside of IR35. Umbrella Ltd rate of between £45-55 per hour (PAYE also available, with holiday & pension benefits).


Our client is an international Engineering and Technology organization specializing in Operational Technology, Process Control, Safety Shutdown Systems, and Metering/Measurement Instrumentation. Their project scope includes EPCM level projects, Systems Integration, and Vendor responsibility.
