Based at Craigie Cottage, you will work full time, 37 hours per week.

You will have City & Guilds 706 (1) and (2), or equivalent qualification.
You will have recognised food hygiene certificate.Responsibilities
You will be responsible for all activities in a small kitchen and responsible to the Senior Social Care Officer and Management Team and such other officers as may be determined by the authority for the preparation and cooking of meals.The Individual
You will have past experience of catering and experience in menu planning, ordering and quantifying.
You will have communication skills, good time management and the ability to work under pressure.
You will be flexible to cover sickness/annual leave, have the ability to work shift patterns and weekends and the availability for additional training.
This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check, prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Dundee City Council.
