About the Relationships Team Relationships are at the heart of everything we do at Cyrenians, with those we support and those who support us too. It s an exciting time for Fundraising at Cyrenians. As a relatively new team, our income generation is growing rapidly. On the cusp of delivering some transformative partnerships and achieving great success with new fundraising methods, we re expanding our team to continue delivering growth in unrestricted income. About the role Our Corporate donor base is growing fast, and this new role will be responsible for developing the opportunities this brings. As Corporate and Events Fundraising Officer, you will take the lead on partnership activity, designing and implementing amazing experiences for our supporters to maximise the value of these relationships. This role is an essential part of our Relationships Team - incorporating Fundraising, Communications and Press & Public Affairs. It is a rewarding role and is part of a collaborative, supportive and motivated team. About you You ll be an experienced fundraiser with a can-do attitude and a genuine interest in putting our supporters first, preferably with experience of a corporate audience specifically. You ll be able to spot opportunities and be creative and motivated enough to put a variety of new ideas into action. Like us, you ll be relationships-based and values-led in all that you do. Your excellent organisational skills will keep you on track in a varied role, and your strong interpersonal skills will inspire a real variety of supporters to tackle the causes and consequences of homelessness with us. How we ll support you As part of the Relationships Team, you ll be supported by experienced colleagues who share your passion to tackle homelessness and its root causes. We ll encourage you to be creative and innovative, and to take a pragmatic approach to planning and implementing new initiatives. You ll be part of the growing Fundraising team, with the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across Marketing and Communications, the wider Relationships team and Cyrenians projects. You will be supported to attend training and networking events to deepen your knowledge of the issues surrounding homelessness and social exclusion; engage with the local business community and extend your professional network., None specified

Cyrenians’ vision is of an inclusive society in which we all have the opportunities to live valued and fulfilling lives. We work to make that vision a reality through a wide range of services aimed at tackling the causes and consequences of home-lessness and through working with stakeholders across Scotland who can help us achieve this vision. Last year we supported over 11,600 people in their time of need, welcoming a further 13,000 people to Cyrenians services, events and train-ing courses. Over 900 volunteers generously gifted a total of 76, 673 hours of their time, knowledge, support and experience to us across our organisation.
