Credit Controller

This busy role demands a proactive approach to debt collection and will focus on the management of the auction division's debtors' ledger which includes both agricultural and machinery sales. Duties will include the chasing of overdue invoices with customers, ensuring all payments are allocated correctly and efficiently, resolving any customer queries in a timely manner and being responsible for managing new account set-ups. The role will also work closely with the Main Office. Weekly reports will be prepared for submission to senior management. Other tasks will include general admin duties as required by the wider Finance and Main Office teams.

Aberdeen and Northern Marts are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic full-time Credit Controller to join our Finance team at Thainstone Centre, Inverurie.,

• be organised, adaptable and able to work as part of a team,


• offer a solid working knowledge of all MS packages, particularly word and excel.


A knowledge of the farming industry and previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous although not essential.
