Full Job Description

This role sits within the CRM Team reporting to the Business Development Systems Manager. It involves developing close working relationships across many areas of the business, including Partners, Fee earners, PA's, Business Development colleagues plus others, and becoming their trusted advisor.
The CRM Executive is on the front-line supporting users of our CRM, InterAction. If you love data, and insist on striving for quality, this role will give you the opportunity to indulge. This role is key in continuing to grow the knowledge of our user base and support them in realising their business goals.
The CRM team prides itself on its excellent customer service and an ethic of continual improvement. There are established best practices, and your input will be greatly appreciated to improve them.

DUTIES
The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Be a trusted advisor and first point of contact for CRM system queries and manage the support inbox.

  • Be a key link between the PA and fee earning community.

  • Handle the data aspect of campaigns, contributing to their success.

  • Participate upgrades, improvements, and integrations of key systems.

  • Conduct regular data cleansing exercises and quality checks, updating records as needed.

  • Organize and lead workshops to quickly identify challenges and actively promote the benefits of CRM.

  • Run 1:1 and small group training across different teams and roles.

  • Prepare guides and document best practice.

  • Run regular data audits by running searches to identify inconsistencies, duplicates and other data quality issues.

  • Work with Business Development stakeholders to ensure user adoption of the CRM system.

  • Run reports demonstrating the benefits of using CRM.

  • Assist with research required for business development initiatives.

  • Get involved in wider team initiatives.

    Experience of working with a CRM system, preferably InterAction.

  • Excellent attention to detail with a passion for data.

  • Enthusiastic and proactive with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proactive and solutions-orientated.

  • Experience of working in a deadline driven environment.

  • Understand business development and marketing initiatives and how CRM can support this.

  • An understanding of GDPR and how this must be applied when working with data.
