Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for 3 highly motivated Customer Advisors to join our Customer Advice and Support Service based at the Hawick Contact Centre.

You will provide advice and support to customers via telephone, email, live chat and face to face on a wide range of council services while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role will suit you if you are a people person and a fast learner with excellent IT and customer service skills.

Essential

  • At least 5 SCE Standard Grades at level 3 or above (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics or Arithmetic.


  • Commitment and ability to achieve an appropriate level of Customer Service qualification or SVQ level 2., Disability Confident
