Full Job Description

We have an opportunity for a highly motivated Customer Advisors to join our Customer Advice and Support Service based at the Hawick Contact Centre. This is for Maternity Leave until 31/03/2025 or earlier return of post holder.

You will provide advice and support to customers via telephone, email, live chat and face to face on a wide range of council services while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • At least 5 SCE Standard Grades at level 3 or above (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics or Arithmetic.


  • Commitment and ability to achieve an appropriate level of Customer Service qualification or SVQ level 2., Disability Confident
