Full Job Description

Classique Flooring Ltd began trading in 1993 specialising in the supply and installation of quality flooring to the new build housing industry, retail and trade covering Scotland.


We are looking for a versatile candidate to join our Customer Care and Administration Team.

 

Previous experience with customer care and administration is desirable. Previous knowledge of the flooring industry is not essential as full training will be provided.


Working week Monday - Friday 9am - 5:00pm.

 

Responsibilities

·        Responsible for logging customer care complaints.

·        Liaise with clients and installers to resolve complaints.

·        Updating records.

·        Processing new orders.

·        Participating in office duties, such as answering phone calls and carrying out general housekeeping tasks.

 

Candidate Requirements

·        Good knowledge of customer service.

·        High literary, numeracy and communication skills.

·        Competent with Microsoft Office.
