- Support the sales and customer service team in achieving their targets and goals.
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients during face-to-face interactions.
- Engage with customers in various settings, including in-person meetings, to answer questions and provide product information.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain client records and update databases with relevant information.
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
