Position Overview: As a Customer Service/Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our organisation. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing enquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will assist with administrative tasks to support the wider Business Support Team.


Responsibilities:


·      Customer Service:

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide accurate information about our products/services.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Always maintain a positive and professional demeanour.

·      Administrative Support:

  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and orders.

·      General Office Duties:

o  Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

o  Manage incoming and outgoing mail.

o  Maintain office cleanliness and organisation.

o  Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.


Qualifications:

·      Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles.

·      Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

·      Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

·      Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
