Full Job Description

As an Operations Executive, you'll be the star ensuring our customers receive the best service while maintaining compliance standards. Your duties include:

Managing daily operations and admin tasks
Guiding new clients through onboarding
Addressing client inquiries pronto via phone, email, or written correspondence
Enhancing processes and jumping into cool projects
Supporting and training team members, creating a positive vibe

Passion for financial services and investment management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work solo or with a squad
Killer problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Great time management and flexibility

Qualifications & Education:

Scottish Higher / GCSEs (or equivalent) at level C or higher
Professional qualifications like the CISI Investment Operations Certificate (nice to have!)
