Customer Service Advisor
Bishopbriggs
Start ASAP
Hours - 9 - 5 Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
£24k - £27k
Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Bishopbriggs to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis.
Duties:
- Managing a high number of inbound calls
- Processing of orders via customers and clients
- Answering queries via customers and clients
- Meet targets set by and reviewed by the business
- Recording all corespondents on the CRM system in an accurate manner
- Provide an excellent standard of customer service
- Organise confirmations for appointments
- Process payments
