Full Job Description

Customer Service Advisor


Anderson Knight working with a leading organisation within the financial services industry. They are looking to recruit a Customer Services Advisor, reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring the customer is given the best experience through their journey.

Shifts are allocated to cover service during working hours on a rotational basis, flexibility is required, hybrid working is available upon completion of training (5-6 weeks).


Hours – Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00

            Weekends – 09:00-18:00


Key Responsibilities:

·        Execute the daily collection of rentals by direct debit, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to maintain customer satisfaction.

·        Prepare and issue welcome letters and various correspondence to customers, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications.

·        Handle the distribution of Consumer Credit Act (CCA) regulatory statements to customers, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and completion within relevant timescales.

·        Efficiently process and issue finance settlement quotes to customers upon request, meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set within the department.

·        Ensure all customer calls and communications are recorded accurately using the system.

·        Ensuring customer queries are dealt with promptly across various communication channels.

·        Follow GDPR when recording data.

·        Work well within the team, maintain good working relationships with colleagues across all departments.

Requirements:

·        Experience within Customer Service, ideally within Financial services, or similar

·        Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications necessary

·        A positive mindset with continuous improvement

·        Able to work on your own as well as part of a team
