Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to serveas the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you willbe responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments,and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will haveexcellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion fordelivering an outstanding customer experience.,

  • Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to theappropriate department or individual

  • Updating customers regularly with the progress of repairs

  • Updating CRM systems

  • Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback

  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, such asfiling paperwork and updating records

    Previous experience in a customer service or receptionistrole preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-pacedenvironment

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MicrosoftOffice Suite

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provideexcellent customer service under pressure

  • Knowledge of automotive repair terminology and services is aplus but not required
