Full Job Description

Service: Customer Support Services - Customer Engagement

Closing Date: Wednesday 8th May 2024

Customer Service Point Agent required within our Customer Service Point based in the Helensburgh Civic Centre. This is a temporary part time post working 25 hours per week (9 a.m.to 3 p.m. Monday to Friday). This post is for a period of 14 months and is for maternity cover.

To support the Customer Service Centre to provide a high quality, efficient and effective service to users by providing a high quality, customer-focused service within the Customer Service Centre Team, processing enquiries and requests, offering advice and information on Council Services, and carrying out a range of other duties in accordance with Council Policy, service guidelines and procedures.

Provide an effective and efficient registration service, conducting civil marriages, civil partnerships, citizenship ceremonies, baby naming ceremonies, renewal of marriage vows and associated duties/paperwork including preparation of registers.
