Full Job Description

We are looking for individuals who have previous Customer Service experience and candidates who have good numeracy skills as a large part of this role is cash handling. This is a fun environment and we want our customers to enjoy their experience so it is an advantage if you have a fun, outgoing personality. Applicants with kitchen/catering experience are welcomed.

Experience is preferred but not essential - all training will be provided.,

  • Customer service: 1 year (required)

  • Cash handling: 1 year (required)

  • Catering: 1 year (preferred)

    One of the largest independent Bingo Operators in Scotland are now looking for Part Time Customer Service Assistants for our bingo club in Inverness.

  • Trainee Team Assistant - £11.44 per hour.

  • Team Assistant - £11.60 per hour (achievable after 4-6 weeks of employment) - competent in two departments.

  • Senior Team Assistant - £11.85 per hour (achievable in 2-3 months) - competent in four departments.

  • Team Leader - £12.20 per hour


  • All of the above pay rates have an additional 50p per hour incentive scheme available.

    Paid fortnightly. Evening and Weekend shifts required for all positions.

We deliver accreditation opportunities with City & Guilds, REHIS and SQA for all staff. You will have the opportunity to work in our bar, bistro, customer service, cash handling and administration roles.
