As a Customer Services Assistant, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer services to our tenants and wider community. You will work within a small staff team committed to providing the best possible services to those living within Muirhouse. As one of the main points of contact with the association you will be an integral part of helping build and maintain the positive relationships we have with our customers. With strong roots in the local community MHA aims to provide a quality housing service. The Association primarily provides affordable housing for rent, and in 2014 a subsidiary company was established to provide Mid Market properties.
