Full Job Description

  • Take responsibility for your own portfolio of clients - getting to know the organisation, building successful relationships with key contacts and ensuring we deliver what we have promised.


  • · Work with clients to maximise the value they get from our partnership.

    · Successful project manage the work included in their contract, liaising with colleagues and the clients to deliver to time and expectations.

    · Creating the best environmental for contract renewals, taking on negotiations directly with experience.

    · Work to identify opportunities to engage with disabled people at a client level (e.g. within in an organisation or the local population they serve), present AccessAble and develop that connection.

    · Travel in the UK to meet with clients and stakeholder groups 1-2 times per week

    We are looking to expand our team of customer success managers (partnerships managers). We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering the very best for their clients, who love to build relationships and solve problems.

    The role is varied and involves significant amounts of project management and administration, you'll be the voice of the client internally, championing their needs and ensuring we deliver what we promise.

    You need to be highly organised, self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You need to have self-awareness, integrity and not be afraid of facing into problems and challenges.

    As well as building relationships with our clients we also want you to engage with the disabled people who use, or could use, our service.

    You'll need to be confident with all MS Office applications and used to working and meeting remotely. Giving demos and presentations is a key part of the role and something you'll be doing several times a week.

    While a home-based there will be some travel throughout the UK will be required (expenses paid)
    - a love of meeting people and picking up the phone is essential.

    Ideally, you will have had a position working from home in the past., · Strong sense of personal responsibility and a passion for delivering the very best for clients. A love of seeing projects from start to finish and taking ownership.

    · Great listening skills and a desire to get to know organisations and their people. A passion for what we do.

    · Previous experience in customer success, client relations or account management - ideally 2 years +.

    · Great organisational skills, record keeping and confidence with MS Office. Confidence giving presentations and chairing meetings.

    · Ability to look strategically, objectively and at times have difficult conversations. Self awareness and recognition of the responsibility of being in an ambassadorial role.

    · Have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
