D365 CRM Technical Architect

Cognizant is hiring now! We're looking for our next Dynamics CRM Technical Architect. This is a remote hybrid role with occasional visits to client sites in London, Manchester and Edinburgh. The role comes with a salary and excellent benefits.

As a Dynamics CRM Technical Architect, you will work with the Business Analysis practice and client teams to design, build, oversee, and implement solutions using the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 customer engagement first-party applications. Travel onsite is agreed beforehand and conducted based on the client's availability.

In your first few weeks in this Dynamics CRM Technical Architect role, you can expect to:

• Advise customers on the fit of Microsoft Dynamics to their environment, infrastructure, functional and non-functional needs, and compliance requirements


• Direct the architecture and technical design of Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Service and Marketing solutions, Power Platform and Field Services


• Interface with BAs, SME end-users and functional leads to ensure architecture and design meet their needs, including integration with third-party systems


• Guid the design of the Dynamics functional and technical teams on the project
  
  An understanding of Microsoft's 360 CE and experience working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of the CRM/365 CE (4.0, 2011, 2013, 2016, 365)


• Experience working with Power Platform and related technologies (previously Power Apps, Power Apps Automate, Power Flow) and Power Virtual Agents


• Experience with methodologies in Azure DevOps/ThubGI
