CJS are recruiting for an experienced Data Analyst. We are seeking a committed individual able to collate, analyse and interpret data and information in a manner which supports us to be data driven and evidence led in all our decision-making and improvement activity. We believe that smart justice based on the best evidence of what works will prevent offending, repair lives and improve communities. We want Scotland to be the safest country in the world. You will work in a small team supporting the wider CJS teams. We are looking for a candidate that can build relationships, gather and collate data and identify patterns and trends. We will provide leadership, training and insight to support community justice partners prevent offending and reduce the number of future victims. We will identify worldwide expertise, best practice and opportunities for commissioning, and introduce fresh ideas which inspire innovation and change. We will change the conversation about community justice and prevention of offending, shift attitudes and increase understanding. We will work with our partners and help drive change by identifying improvements and challenges in our community justice system.
