Full Job Description

We are offering an opportunity for a committed analyst to join the team. This key analytic role required to respond to evolving business requirements & dynamics, required to provide analysis to enable business decisions.
Key Goals & Responsibilities:Ability to condense & manipulate very large data setsAssess complex business challenges, build key analysis & make recommendations to senior leadershipAdapt & flex at speed to deliver key analytics to drive decisions that optimise growth opportunitiesDevelop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support decision-making for the sales and EMEA leadership teamBuild & strengthen relationships with Sales, Marketing & Finance teams to provide outstanding analytics & insights across multiple divisions.Participate in EMEA planning cycle, from GTM modelling through to quota delivery.Prepare materials & presentations for workers council consultationAssess data & reporting needs and translate these into business, functional and technical requirements in partnership with ITRuns sales compensation accrual modelling & submissionsParticipate in &/or lead multiple projects, On day to day basis we face challenges! We identify business opportunities and convert acquired knowledge into insights. We are a team with wide-ranging strengths operating in multiple geographies. You will use wide variety of internal and external data to form comprehensive recommendations. Your main customers will be senior commercial leadership, working on highly critical, time pressured projects that require a high degree on accuracy & deep understanding of complex data sets.

Requirements/Qualifications:Under graduate degree in Business, Finance or a related subject area5+ years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience working in Sales Operations &/or Commercial FinanceExcel & Power Point skillsThrives in a change environmentAgile problem solver with a strong commercial focus on business growthProficient in using data visualizations tools e.g PowerBIExposure to GTM modelling for a large multinational organisationExperience with ERP & CRM systems (SFDC is preferred)Skilled in producing analysis & data visualisations to tell the story behind the numbersAbility to understand, create and deliver top-quality, audience-appropriate presentations & communicationsAbility to operate successfully in a fast-paced, high-growth and fast paced matrixed- environmentFocused and capable of delivering continuous process improvementComfortable leading & challenging conventional thinkingClose attention to quality and detail
