Delivery Consultant

Due to an outstanding performance in 2023, here at Meraki Talent we are looking to expand our team based in Glasgow City Centre.

Expected skills and duties for the position of a Delivery Consultant include;

• Key Delivery expert in generating and interacting with best-calibre candidates in their chosen discipline and market
• Identifying talent for relevant vacancies
• Interviewing, assessing and qualifying relevant candidates
• Proactively market outstanding profiles both internally and externally
• Responsible for positing vacancies on suitable job boards
• Ability to use CV job boards and proficient with LinkedIn
• Knowledge of Boolean searching and ability to identify key strings to generate passive candidates
• Ability to confidently attract candidates via email, telephone and online calls
• Present candidates to specific vacancies in a professional manner
• Provide detailed interview preparation and de-briefs
• Ability to work to deadlines and often, under pressure
• Focus on key activities and outcomes to support the targets set for the team and company

Hugely advantageous to have prior recruitment experience, ideally within a professional services division but not essential.
