As the NBC(C) Infrastructure intelligent customer and interface for project delivery, the roles will lead on the development and delivery of programmes and projects, supporting the management and integration of delivery through collaborative engagement with HMNB Clyde's delivery partners ensuring infrastructure projects are accurately defined, funded, and delivered., The posts are responsible to the Assistant Head of Infrastructure Waterfront North and the Assistant Head of Infrastructure Weapons for the management and delivery of allocated infrastructure programmes and projects. Acting as the NBC Clyde (NBCC) interface and intelligent customer to support the management and integration of infrastructure delivery through collaborative engagement with HMNB Clyde's Infrastructure Delivery Partners.

These positions offer an exciting opportunity for an individual with good leadership and management skills and an ability to communicate clearly to guide and influence a wide range of stakeholders to support delivery of critical military capabilities in an operational and regulated environment., The post requires confident leadership and the ability to build and maintain an extensive network of stakeholders, where collaboration is key to the success of delivering within an operational and regulated environment.

The post holder must have the management skills to ensure the programme of work aligns with the operational programme for the Naval Base to receive the required outcome.

Developing the Forward Works Programme for your area, leading the Joint Project Team (JPT), promoting a strong safety and security culture, monitoring project delivery against Performance, Time and Cost (PCT), contributing to project risk management and supporting project governance.
