Deputy Head Greenkeeper

You will be a fantastic multitasker and have the experience of getting the absolute best out of a team by keeping them engaged and motivated. Previous leadership experience is essential. You will also be extremely driven with a desire to deliver exceptional standards on a daily basis.,

• Previous leadership experience, preferably at senior greenkeeper or deputy head greenkeeper level.


• A passion for fine turf management and agronomy in a links environment.


• The ability to lead projects.


• Preferably completed or working towards an HNC/HND in Turfgrass Management.


• Relevant spraying certificates.


• Experience in operating and maintaining an irrigation system.


• IT literate with experience of using MS Office and Google applications


• Active CPD.


• An understanding of COSHH and other legislations.


• Willing to go "the extra mile" to help the Club and team achieve its goals.


• A good understanding of the game of golf.


• A full driving license.
