Full Job Description

My Client, a brilliant provider of IT Services in the Aberdeen area, are looking to take on a Desktop Engineer to join their busy team on a full time permanent basis.

In this role, you will cover a wide range of technologies, including desktop support as well as some basic networking and server support, at 1st and 2nd line level. This role will involve you solving issues remotely from the office, as well as going out to client sites to resolve issues in person, or deploy new equipment etc.

To be considered, you should have between 1-3 years of IT Experience in a fast paced environment, and excellent customer service skills as well as good time management and organisational skills too. This excellent role will also present an opportunity to develop yourself, so a desire to learn new skills is also essential.
