  • Making Desserts to order.

  • Meticulous attention to detail.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the counter and cash drawer.

  • Proactively tend to customers' needs.

  • Being able to explain new features and benefits to customers.

  • Behave professionally in all situations.

  • Read and process incoming orders efficiently.

  • Take accurate notes of customer queries, concerns, and complaints.
