Day to day:


As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll lead client accounts, ensuring their profitability and growth. Your strategic prowess will drive projects forward, overcoming obstacles and delivering exceptional results. Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships will be second nature to you, as you collaborate seamlessly with our creative and development teams. From web design to digital marketing, you’ll oversee every aspect of project delivery, adding value at every turn.


Skills required:

  • Strategic Thinking: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client success.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ensure projects are profitable and align with client objectives.
  • Leadership: Inspire and lead cross-functional teams to achieve excellence.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Experience in managing multi-disciplinary digital marketing clients, including website management (design/build projects), analytics and reporting, SEO, PPC, social media, and eCRM. You’ll be comfortable managing CMS’ and social media accounts but will be supported by a wider team of specialists for complex projects.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Reliability and Loyalty: Demonstrate resilience and commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently.

It’s essential that you have a minimum of 2 years digital account/project management experience with a proven track record of web design/build projects. Highly advantageous is a good knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, Social etc.

Salary range from £25,000 - £35,000 + excellent benefits
